"Hi, I have just checked out of my hotel and they gave me a bill of 4000 PKR for my clothes washing and 300 PKR for my coke. Which is extremely bad. When I said I will not pay till I see the manager they said that I could not leave the hotel. I have had to pay them more money for bad service. I assure you that if this is not resolved I will be leaving Hotel.com and all of its partners. This has been the worst stay of my life. "They have issues with plumbing. The sinks do not drain very well. Also, I ended up with 2twin beds instead of a double for one out of 2nights with my husband. And although they said they would get me a double bed, I checked in around 5pm, and they told me I was too late. The actual accommodations are fine. The is a nice rooftop terrace you can sit at. Breakfast was good. Sink and shower drainage, needs work. I didn't book a 3rd night with them."
